Refinery Process

Established in 1979, the refinery began with a refining capacity of 250 metric tons (mt) per day, which has grown to its current capacity of 1,200 mt per day.

The refinery is integrated with the palm oil mill and kernel crushing plant, both located within an oil palm plantation. This strategically designed integrated complex offers significant advantages, including cost-effective processing, improved raw material management, and stringent quality control for all products.

Our crude palm oil and crude palm kernel oil are primarily sourced from our own mill and kernel crushing plant. Additionally, we procure feedstock from other reliable suppliers to ensure a consistent supply chain.

In our refinery, we produce a wide range of palm-based products derived from crude palm oil, including Crude Palm Olein, Crude Palm Stearin, Refined Bleached Deodorized (RBD) Palm Oil, RBD Palm Olein, RBD Palm Stearin, RBD Palm Mid Fraction, various grades of high IV RBD Palm Olein, and Palm Fatty Acid Distillate.

We also produce lauric-based products from crude palm kernel oil, such as Crude Palm Kernel Olein, Crude Palm Kernel Stearin, RBD Palm Kernel Oil, RBD Palm Kernel Olein, RBD Palm Kernel Stearin, and Palm Kernel Fatty Acid Distillate.
